BlümHaus came from a moment that caught me off guard. I was standing in line at the market with a small bouquet when an older lady asked who they were for. I said, “me,” and she looked genuinely confused, like someone else should’ve been buying them, like I needed a reason.
And for a long time, I probably would’ve agreed. I’ve always loved flowers, but I used to wait around for other people to give them to me. I thought they had to be earned. You know, tied to a birthday, an apology, or a celebration. One day, I stopped waiting. I didn’t want to keep holding out for something that I could already give myself.
That moment never really left me. BlümHaus exists because I believe flowers should be easy to reach. Not just in price, but in meaning. They’re for the ordinary days, the hard weeks, the quiet wins. They’re for anyone who wants them. No milestone necessary.
